We’re a relationship-driven networking group focused on consistent referrals, shared growth, and showing up for one another. This application is the first step toward becoming part of that community.

Member Application

Please complete, and remit your $200 membership dues payment to the Membership Chairman. The Membership Committee will review and you will be informed of the Committee's decision before the next Chapter meeting. Renewals are billed on January 1st for $150.

Membership Type

Please read the following carefully. If you need clarification on any item, please ask the member who invited you, the Chapter President or Visitor Host.

  • You may attend 3 meetings as a visitor. On the third visit you must make a decision as to whether or not you are going to join.

  • When you submit your Application for Membership, you must complete this Application, attach your dues and give it to the Secretary/Membership Chairman.

  • The Membership Committee will review your application, call your references, and then the Membership Chairman will let you know the decision. You will be informed of its decision before the next Chapter meeting.

  • The Membership Chairman notifies the President of its decision. If your membership is approved, you will be introduced at the next Chapter meeting.
